Job Description : SECURIYT MANAGER DRC 8+ years experience *Candidate must have experience from Mining Plants / treatment units / or any other processing plant* · *UN experiences is advantage* · Responsible for orientation and training of security officers and other personnel · Pay a central role in ensuring safe, healthy and secured workplace · Lead in emergency · Facilitation in culture development · Experience in working hardship locations and Human resource. · Experience in investigation and data analysis · Due diligence standards, Continuous development plan · Ensure that all security operations are conducted in legally compliant, professional, ethical and profitable manner in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as Business Units plans and budgets · Management systems implementation · KRA/KPI Update and analysis · Training/Audit & inspection · Complete sites security risk assessment for preventive measures proposal · Periodical inspection & reporting · Company value, vision understanding and integration · Corrective action roadmap · Volunteering principle training for internal & contractual security agents
