Commercial Head

Job Description : COMMERCIAL HEAD VIETNAM An exciting Head of Commercial job has become available at one of the biggest retail chains, based in HCMC. Reporting directly to CEO, this is the role for the person who is a leader in their field. Provide strategic oversight on business development planning, target clients and business development activities Work on sales strategies, giving action plans, sales forecast, manage and oversee sales operations, develop new assortments for all product categories Propose and develop supplier strategy, including finding, expanding and maintaining long-term relationship with suppliers Active engagement with existing and target clients to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business and expanded opportunities for new business Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall marketing strategy Define brand building & seasonal promotion strategies and corresponding execution plan Lead Media planning, especially digital media optimisation Oversight on all division’s financial performance Manage and control P/L ratios, oversight on all procurement activities Ensure all subcontractors are engaged on formal, properly executed subcontracts Maintain executive level relationships with key suppliers and vendors Training and coaching commercial team 12 years previous similar experience with similar responsibilities, including relevant senior management experience High proficiency in oral and written skills sets, good technical, operational, and contractual writing skills for reports and presentations Successfully managed teams and have demonstrated influencing skills, creative and critical thinking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Vietnamese and English, and detailed project management skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability with entrepreneur mindset, strong leadership, crisis management experience Skilled in multi-tasking, delivering under tight timelines, adapting quickly to change Interpersonal skill, customer relations, planning and organisation skills Able to work under pressure
