Finance and Control Manager

Job Description : FINANCE AND CONTROL MANAGER HOLLAND In this position you are responsible for the daily financial affairs within the organization. You report to the General Manager and as part of the management team you advise and discuss financial issues. You are responsible for the financial reports. You manage two departments, the financial administration and the payroll administration. These departments both consist of 2 employees, in total you manage 3.4 FTE. You play an important role in improving processes, procedures and management information. This position is dynamic, versatile and varied. You are responsible for the entire financial administration, reporting and analysis. You work in the full breadth of the profession. You prepare the annual accounts and you have contact with the accountants. You support calculation sessions in acquiring new assignments and in drawing up annual budgets. Completed HBO education (eg business economics); 12-15years of work experience as a Finance Manager or someone directly from accountancy; Accurate, able to keep the overview; Full time available; Last but not least - pleasant, humorous, pleasant person.
