10 yearsJob Description : Head of Revenue & Strategy: The Head of Revenue is Responsible for managing the Sales, Renewals and Concierge team, developing lead channels, scoping new areas of business, developing strategic partners, developing sales strategy in partnering with the General Manager. Tracking Team GP and ensuring the teams are meeting monthly / quarterly GP targets. ? Tracking GP by Product - Understanding trends and implementing solutions to boost the products as required. ? Ensuring each team member is achieving conversion rates. ? Set goals for Business development, Concierge & renewal division on performance and growth. ? Evaluate performance by analysing data and metrics. ? Analysing reports and giving data & feedback to GM. ? Work with the Sales, Account Management, Finance, Marketing and Operations, teams to implement targeted sales strategy. *Bachelor’s Degree in any stream *Master’s Degree is desirable *10-12 year’s demonstrably successful experience in sales with 2-3 years in Company Formation & Business set-up in same role *Proficient in English *Arabic would be advantage Salary to be discussed if you're shortlisted:
