Job Description : COMMERCIAL FP & A MANAGER BELGIUM\ As Commercial FP&A Manager you add value to the Accounting and Finance processes by coordinating various aspects of finance related functions. Business Partnering with senior level managers and executives on both Operational and Strategic initiatives. When relevant, assist in acquisitions, merger/partnerships along with future planning of the WW Kemin growth agenda.?The position has the responsibility of ensuring the respective BU’s / company’s financials and analysis are accurately and timely reported, in addition, need to ensure that Kemin’s assets are fully protected at all times. Management Reporting, incl KPI’s, trends, commentary, high/low lights, challenges and opportunities Commercial Excellence - Transform the mindset from Sales growth to Sustainable Profit growth Promote Sales Force Effectiveness through Cross Functional Cooperation between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement & Finance Forecasting and Budgeting Monitor sales, margin and opex performance and formulate recommendations to accelerate profitable business growth Standard Cost Calculation and Control Ad-Hoc financial analysis and Presentations for the Executive Team and the Finance Director Business investment (Capex & Projects) analysis and post-investment reviews Sales & Marketing incentive programs tracking and reporting Finance business partner Support on MEC for the Business Unit University degree in Accountancy or Finance Very good in working with MS Excel Minimum 12 years of experience Language skills: very good communication skills in English Accurate, persistent, driven, agile Analytical skills, result oriented way of working Integrity Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Positive attitude towards ERP related projects and complexity and high willingness to learn (ERP & BI) Passion for getting issues solved including needed testing iterations Project driven, sense of urgency Teamplayer
