Hotel Manager

Job Description : Hotel Managers Kampala, Uganda We are looking for a young self-starter, someone keen to take a hands-on approach, with the ability to build, nurture and develop a great team and deploy a proven creative flair for problem-solving to swiftly bring the operation up to standards. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute, ambitious and be equally at home operating on their own initiative as they are working in close partnership with Aleph team. Previous management experience within midscale hotel operations with large Food and Beverage activity. Experience within remote properties and of living and working in sub-Saharan Africa would be highly advantageous. Due to the nature of the location, job is only on single status.
