Country Manager

Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER UGANDA AGRO/FMCG To manage, develop and expand the business, providing direction and leadership, ensuring profitable growth, satisfactory cash flow, enhancing market leadership and being acknowledged as the provider of Industry leading standards. To build the company's brand To assess the company's progress, sales and marketing successes in the country and compile reports to submit to corporate upper-level management Working closely with the Sales team on sales strategy and approach to growing the organic business to achieve the company´s objectives. To develop new business relations and help facilitate the company's client profitability. To manage overall business operations of the country. Owns the country's P&L Owns the biggest client and partner relationships. Setting company budgets and forecasts alongside the managing team. Submit weekly, monthly or quarterly performance and progress reports to company headquarters. Bachelor's Degree in Business or any other related field More than 15 years of experience Experience managing a full P&L - controls, budget, and forecasting. African experience is preferable Business plans Sales Organization Strategic Planning Sales Strategy Strategic development Revenue P&L Management
