Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER ZIMBABWE · Oversee the entire production of Peanut butter and Tomato Ketchup/paste · To execute the Production plan with respect to Quality , Cost , Safety & Efficiency as per AOP · Preparation of SOP, WI, Standard Testing Procedure and Formats and their implementation · Plan production to reduce waste of material, waste of man hours and reduce the cost of production · Monitor, Control, and document key SOPs as per Food Safety Standards · Manage, deploy, and handle manpower to achieve maximum production capacity of the plant · Adhere to all Food Safety Standards such as BRC, FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, Legal Metrology, etc. · Conducting internal audits for quality checks. Manage and execute Third Party Audits according to International Standards · Prepare plant maintenance schedule for preventative measures · Prepare SOPs and train Team members / Staffs to follow the same and document it · Maintain RM / PM stocks at the time of inward and dispatch · Monitor QA / QC teams for necessary quality checks and verify documentations accordingly · Train, motivate, and develop unskilled staff members to maintain personal Hygiene as well as keep production area clean and Hygienic · Monitor and ensure Daily calibrations checks of equipments and records of the same · Define KPIs and monitor them and take corrective actions · Handle breakdowns and resolve them quickly · Prepare reports and documentation of Audit purpose · Effectively manage resources (People, Machine, and Material) Desired Candidate Profile · Should have 8+ Years of experience in Food Processing · Should have excellent knowledge of BRC, FSSC etc. · Should effectively implement, monitor and document SOPs for entire production · Should be a quick problem solver · Should handle internal staff disputes and resolve them quickly without affecting the production · Should possess leadership skills and passion to drive the team forward Perks and Benefits : Net Savings of $1500 -$2000 (Negotiable) + all expat benefits like airfare, accommodation, transport, insurance etc
