Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR MALAYSIA An exciting Corporate Finance Director job has become available at one of the F&B chains. In this role, you'll act as a strategic partner to the CEO. You'll be a strategic business partner to the CEO and the Investors on the company's APAC initiatives. Lead the finance team and raise the proficiency of the finance function at both team and individual levels Spearhead new investment opportunities in Singapore, regionally and globally Corporate audit responsibility, governance and control to be established Provide leadership to the company's finance and accounting strategy, to optimise the company’s financial performance and strategic position Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth Internal stakeholder management to complete annual financial and management reports and budgeting activities Understand and analyse the financial risks for potential deals To succeed in the Corporate Finance Director job, you will need to have a strategic mindset and the ability to contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, Bachelor’s degree in accountancy/finance and a relevant accountancy qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA) Strong leadership experience; more than five years in a senior level finance position is preferred Self-starter: consistently looking for ways to grow and strengthen the company outside of the traditional boundaries of the role Risk taker with an entrepreneurial spirit Regional experience is preferred F&B/retail experience is advantageous
