Commercial Finance Manager

Job Description : COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER UAE a Multinational FMCG business is hiring a Commercial Finance Manager to be based out of their offices in Dubai · Lead decision making and financial planning · Partner with the commercial and sales team to provide relevant insights · Responsible for monitoring market sales performance and managing sales budgets · Liaise with business managers to align on operational strategy and manage sales OPEX expenses · Manage the marketing trade spend governance · Maintain overall financial control and compliance · Lead and coach a lean team of 1-2 individuals · Ensure smooth communication internally and externally · Compliance with group and local accounting standards · Minimum 10 years of experience, of which at least 6 MUST be in a sales finance/commercial finance role · Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related; Professional Accounting Qualification is a huge advantage (CIMA, ACA, etc.) · Experience in the FMCG sector is a MUST
