Chief Technology Officer

Job Description : CTO VIETNAM As a CTO, you will be responsible for setting up strategy and making execution technology decisions on behalf of the organisation including developing, administering, monitoring, and coordinating the enterprise technology budget as decisions related to technology needs influence spending patterns for departments and programs across the organisation. Provide technical leadership at the enterprise level and serving an integral role in operations and business development Develop objectives and strategies for the implementation of innovative solutions while optimising existing systems, applications, and information Make recommendations and present business advantages for technology initiatives and improvements Lead your team in identifying, comparing, selecting, and implementing technology solutions and partnerships to meet current and future needs Track and control the developments of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and technology operations Design and lead the implementation of our strategy for technology while ensuring the implementation and enforcement of technology standards across the organisation Advocating and communicating technology capabilities internally and externally, including executive committees, customers and partners Sharing information and developing a collective understanding of programs and issues Structuring technology policies, procedures, and standards to ensure organisational success Making technology-related recommendations supported by data for policy adoption that includes analysis of current regulatory actions, technological innovations, and fiduciary considerations Conducting research to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable regarding industry trends and emerging technologies in anticipation of new processes and system alterations, as well as to analyse and improve upon technology standards across the organisation to maintain a technological advantage for teaching and learning At least 10 years with organisational management, process improvement successes, strong financial acumen, successes leading complex contractual relationships, excellent understanding of customer behaviour, and keen insights regarding technology and business trends Experience includes executive leadership roles demonstrating a track record of technology innovation, design, development, and implementation Demonstrated success delivering customer-centric tools adding value to the end uses while also anticipating internal operational needs and delivering tools that result in value-added services to the organisation Proven success building high-performing technical teams and working with rapid growth and implementing change Be a strategic thinker and effective communicator offering expertise in technological development and the demonstrated ability to implement and execute organisationally High adaptability and flexibility to the rapid changes of the business High responsibility and diligence Intellectual curiosity
