Job Description : SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER VIETNAM A leading FMCG company is calling for application for Senior Finance Manager, specialised in Investment/M&A. You will report directly to the Strategic Planning Director and produces financial reports, direct investment activities and develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals. The location will based in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. Develop financial and valuation models, financial and operational analysis, and recommendations for decision-making Coordinate with finance group to manage the team’s strategic financial plan process Focus on all daily and month-end business performance reporting, with respect to effectiveness and efficiency of demand generation activities (pricing, revenue management, portfolio optimisation) and operational excellence (cost optimisation) Support team members from different businesses within the strategy & innovation office to develop ongoing measurement, tracking performance versus expectations, and providing recommendations for corrective actions Analyse market potential and provide recommendations for potential investment relating to business and product expansions To succeed in this position, the Senior Finance Manager should have experience with Investment/M&A for large corporations and investment funds and always advocate for changes and improvements. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field Certificate of qualification, which may include CFA, ACCA, CPA 10 years of experience in finance or accounting Hands-on experience in Investment/M&A for investment fund or with large corporation is an essential quality Strategic thinking, integrity and strive for innovation Master’s degree in finance or economics will be beneficial.
