Financial Controller

Job Description : FC THAILAND A leading international manufacturer and solution provider in power and fluid transmission is seeking a high-calibre Financial Controller (x1 vacancy) in Thailand to lead the finance function and manage the periodically financial reporting and performance review for Thailand. Reporting to the Regional Head of Finance in Singapore, you will be leading the overall finance and accounting function for Thailand business, working closely as a business partner to the Thailand Managing Director and collaborate with HR, Corporate Affairs and Commercial Functions. Manage high level financial reporting and analysis Lead, develop financial strategy, train and engage people with different skills Develop financial reviews and providing investment advice Work closely with management or executive teams to forecast monthly sales with reasonable accuracy Debt management and cash flow forecasting Timely budgeting, monthly reporting and closing of financial books Improve efficiency and reduce costs across the business with the collaboration with Country Director to deliver budgeted EBITDA Timely filing of local tax and statutory audit reports Drive compliance to the group global guidelines throughout the cluster entities To succeed in this Financial Controller job, you will need to have the ability to be the change agent and able to work effectively and co-operatively with the senior leadership team, across internal matrix. Bachelor or Masters level degrees in Accounting Proven track record demonstrating high integrity, trust and transparency whilst performing all actions Preferred experience in top 4 global audit firms Experience in building yearly P&L budgets Experience in business IT project development Team management experiences
