Job Description : GM PLANT INDONESIA A prestigious GM Plant job has just opened at a rapidly expanding leading F&B company in North Sumatra. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all plant operations. This is a great opportunity for the GM Plant to develop the group operation systems and processes. Your main responsibility will be to lead and advise on the processes and system on the manufacturing site. Responsible for the operations agenda and leading an engaged team that will execute business deliverables Ensure safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale objectives are met Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while optimising cost and maintain quality standards Develop systems and processes that track and optimise productivity and standards, metrics, and performance Monitor and maintain the quality to ensure the products meet the required standards Prepare annual operational budget and regular monthly update. To succeed in this GM Plant role, you will need strong management skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Management from a reputable university 10 years' working experience in related field Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management Strong management skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams Readiness to be based in North Sumatra Experienced in food industry English proficiency is mandatory
