Job Description : GM OPERATIONS PIPE MANUFACTURING KENYA Masters degree in Business Administration or Business related equivalent is highly desirable - Oversee day-to-day operations. - Design strategy and set goals for growth. - Maintain budgets and optimize expenses. - Set policies and processes. - Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally. - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical engineering - Minimum of 15 years experience in Manufacturing in Pipe - Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience - Experience in Civil tendering in ME or Africa will be an added advantage Qualification: - Minimum Bachelor's/PG degree in Chemical/Mechanical engineering Skills: - Excellent managerial and supervisory skills. - Extensive knowledge of operations and production management. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
