Senior Maintenance Manager

Job Description : Senior Maintenance Manager I am looking to speak with candidates regarding a new senior role to be based in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be employed on a long term basis Key Skills & Experience · Must have held a similar position before with 15+ years’ experience in O&M for large scale projects · Ability to work across a high number of projects simultaneously Will have worked on Renewable (Solar, BESS, Wind), Power Generation, Desalination/Reverse Osmosis and Transmission and Distribution projects · Technically and commercially astute with extensive knowledge of maintenance & operations strategies, contracts, agreements, supply chain, HSE, policies and procedures · Ability to lead large teams of direct and indirect reports, with experience in customer facing role crucial · Will be required to report progress and plans to senior Directors and Board Level · Holds Mechanical Engineering degree as a minimum · Past experience within Middle East beneficial
