General Manager

Job Description : GM TEXTILE PLANT INDONESIA This is a great opportunity to redevelop and monitor manufacturing systems and processes. Your main responsibility will be to ensure all manufacturing processes running well and engage with both internal and external parties. Take charge of overall day-to-day operations in production, quality, engineering and operations Develop and drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives Ensure that manpower, materials and plant are available as needed to meet the requirements of production and sales Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while optimising cost and maintain quality standards Develop systems and processes that track and optimise productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets Manage with the team and suppliers in coordination with internal group for quality, orders fulfilment To succeed in this GM Plant role, you will need to be a expert in end-to-end plant Bachelor's degree from a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience as plant manager, preferably from the garment business Familiarity with textile business and industry Continuous improvement mindset Experienced in drive continuous improvement activities, such as cost saving and efficiency Good communication skills, goal-oriented with cross-cultural sensitivity
