Job Description : FINANCE AND ADMIN HEAD FRANCE a family-owned holding company with a turnover of €120m. Based on real management and business transition experience, this company invests in equity from €1 to €10m per operation with the aim of actively supporting the management teams with which it partners over the long term. . With a real industrial strategy, the group is more than a holding company with shares: it actively participates in the development of its subsidiaries and tries to make them coherent. The administrative and financial manager (M/F) is responsible for the proper performance of the administrative and financial management of the holding company and certain subsidiaries. It also plays a coordinating role in the deployment of procedures and in carrying out controls within the subsidiaries for which a division RAF is in place. He also supports the general management in analysis work and occasional audits both internally and during external growth operations. The main missions that he/she will be called upon to carry out or supervise are in particular the following: ensure the proper keeping of the accounts of the head company of the group and several subsidiary companies as well as the establishment of financial and accounting documents; monitor the tax obligations of these companies, ensure the filing of declarations (VAT, IS, other taxes) in compliance with regulatory schedules; monitor the cash flow of these companies; manage day-to-day relations with the banking and insurance partners of these companies and, where applicable, with those of other subsidiaries; coordinate the process of consolidating financial data and annual accounts; carry out interventions within the subsidiaries having their own RAF in order (i) to ensure the deployment of reporting procedures or tools in accordance with the group's policy and/or (ii) to carry out analyzes or checks on specific aspects related to with accounting and financial aspects; participate in support of general management in external growth operations (performance of audits on accounting and financial aspects, coordination of advice, etc.). The administrative and financial manager (F/M) is a graduate of a business school, IEP or a 3rd university cycle in connection with management-finance-accounting. A stint in an audit/accounting firm is necessary and additional experience in management control or accounting will make the difference. You have at least 15 years' experience in a similar or equivalent function and have solid expertise in accounting (supervision and participation in accounting entry). You are able to produce annual accounts, tax returns and the main usual tax declarations of a company and you master the operation of accounting software and Excel; You are organized, rigorous and responsive and have the ability to quickly adapt to your work environment and seek experience in a dynamic and growing environment.
