Job Description : Head of Operations - GCC for global retail co in Dubai The role will be looking after the overall operations, including foreign trade (import-export), logistics, warehouse management, distribution of goods, retail operations, IT, and wholesale customer service. Requirements: 8 – 10 years of experience, including order fulfilment (retail), warehouse process, foreign trade, IT systems (optional), and supply chain management Management / Leadership experience (must have managed a team) Experience in communicating with Senior Management; adept in presenting data analytically Experience in transformation and change management scenarios Experience in e-commerce fulfillment Salary: up to 40k
