Finance and Operations Director

Job Description : FINANCE AND OPERATIONS DIRECTOR USA Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 Based in California. On-Site. Looking for experienced Finance Operations Managers/Directors within the Pharmaceutical TIC industry. Finance function, including managing monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and implementing standard processes and systems. Recruitment, development and career planning of the staff under her or his responsibility Communicate & Maintain client relationships and keep up with documentation which tracks process and targets Coach and develop individual and team to maximize performance Effective time management Open to up to 30% travel Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years related management experience in finance and accounting. MBA and/or CPA are strongly preferred Experience in financial management, strategic planning, budget analysis and development, and account management Demonstrated proficiency with project management including analysis, planning and organizing and implementing of new programs Proven leadership skills RELOCATION SUPPORTED FOR SUITABLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES
