Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO MALAYSIA An exciting Chief Financial Officer job has just become available at one of the fastest growing F&B chains. As part of the leadership team, you will define together with the co-founders and board of directors the company strategy. Lead cost improvements initiatives to ensure capital-efficient growth as we scale rapidly across Southeast Asia Ensure the company fulfils all legal, tax and auditing requirements by government bodies, banks and investors. Ensure best practices for internal controls and financial management Provide the management with full transparency on the financial performance of the company including rolling forecasting and scenario planning. Ensures best practices for internal and external reporting including weekly KPIs, financial statements and management accounts (consolidated and per country) Build and manage a team of A-players that grows with the company Experienced leader with at least 18 years of finance experience with at least three years in a finance role in the food and beverage industry Qualified accountant with CPA, ACCA, ICAEW or CIMA Enjoys a fast-paced environment and digitally savvy - a strong understanding how to streamline financial process through digital/cloud services and technologyThis is an F&B company with expansion plans within Malaysia.
