Assistant General Manager

Job Description : AGM PLANT OPERATIONS DRC 15-20 years experience BE / B Tech - Chemical / Metallurgy / Mining Engineering - Must have Exp in DMS Plant or Coal Washery - Process/Mineral Beneficiation experience around 15 years, industry exposure to Copper/Coal beneficiation - Mineral ore beneficiation plant, Africa, India - Improve throughput and plant availability - Achieve targeted production for the month & year - Implement process controls/improvements to minimize process wastage and enhance overall efficiency. - Effective utilization of material handling equipment - Generation and analyzing of Process MIS (Management information system)reports (All daily, weekly, Monthly and Quarterly) - Based on achieved production, recovery with grades and COP. - Achieve targeted production, Safety implementation, training down the line, - Process control, MIS and ERP implementation
