Group Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : GROUP CFO JEDDAH KSA An astute qualified finance professional armed with 20+ years of quality experience in the consumer goods world. You would be accountable for leading and directing the strategic planning and finance operations across multiple geographies. Aligning the organization’s objectives, establish finance as a cornerstone and culture for all functions. Be the business partner for the CEO and key functional heads. Develop and deploy the functional strategy that aligns with the business objectives, establish processes that ensure the integration of different business units, effective reporting to the Board, cashflow management, treasury, tax, and revenue management. Identifies variances from project plans through metric reporting and analysis of ongoing operations. Lead large teams, develop a continuous improvement mindset, and coordinate with different stakeholders to drive corporate governance. Ensure that financial reports and statements are prepared and compiled properly, plan and pursue positive business ventures, develop strategies for internal growth, manage revenue effectively and oversee mergers and acquisitions. You would look at the restructuring of certain business units, do the due diligence and be a major voice in the acquisitions of new businesses. Must-Have: You are a professionally qualified CA/CPA/CMA with 20+ years of quality experience in the consumer goods world ( experience in a manufacturing environment would be added value). Expert in financial modeling, business process optimization, ERP implementation, working capital management, treasury management, strategy formulation, business risk evaluation, risk management, and change management.
