Finance and Controlling Director

Job Description : FINANCE AND CONTROLLING DIRECTOR BRUSSELS a large construction company based in Brussels, is currently looking for an interim Director Finance & Controlling f The Director Finance & Controlling's key responsibilities will include: Assisting the Group CFO, in view of organizing the Audit Committee, with the preparation of an explicative note containing the most important financial figures of the companydifferent "chantiers" All the preparatory work is done by the finance teams of the subsidiaries. The interim manager will have to consolidate all this information in 1 explicative note. This can be seen as the preparation of a kind of Business Review of the different entities concerned. Ensure monitoring of some key projects by participating to finance committee of the projects and report identified risks and opportunities. Revue management books (group analytical accounting). Preparation of external communication (based on internal documents) & roadshows. Preparation of press releases. All notes and documents must be written in French All-round financial experience (accounting, controlling, IFRS) Critical thinking A strong background in construction and "project business" Autonomy and flexibility Team player Assertiveness and diplomacy Easy communication Strong writing skills Start-up assignment: January 2023 French speaker
