Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER VIETNAM In this role, you will manage manpower and all production activities in order to keep production departments running in an efficient state. Oversees day-to-day workflow of production staff Manage operation of all production processes Manage human resources from recruitment, training, assignment, evaluation and promotion Organise team and assign its right and responsibility when needed Identify development opportunities (skill development training, technical training requirements) for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the production staff for improving the overall production standards Ensure smooth operation and communicate key activities Ensuring that production lines and machinery are organised and used on the basis of efficiency At least 12 years' experience in packaging industry Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Possess excellent verbal/written communication skills in English & Vietnamese Goal-getter and highly motivated in achieving concrete results effectively
