QA/QC Engineer

Job Description : QA/QC ENGINEER KSA Min diploma or degree in mechanical engineering with 8+ years experience Shall have additional certification in AWS, CWI or CSWIP, BGASor NACE, NDT ( Leverl 2 in RT, UT, PT,MT and TRFI) and internal auditor certification in ISO 9001 -2008/2015 Candidate should have experience in piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and boiler fabrication shop or shutdown as a QA/QC Engineer Capable of handling 3rd party inspection agencies like Lloyds, BV, BABS etc Shall be conversant with International codes suchas ASMA, ASTM, TEMA, APIDIN, JIS,ANSI,BS 5500 etc Shall have knowledge in heat treatment, NDT, hydro test, pneumatic tests, surface preparation, praining/coating, galvanization Shall be through in QA/QC documentation , welding procesudres, welder qualifications Shall have hands on quality experience in mechanical construction companies Shall have exposure to ISO-9001 -- 2008-2015, quality manager systems, internal quality audit / external audit and ASME U, U2,S and RSTAMP Certification audit Previous Saudi ARAMCO or SABIC experience is preferable and familiar with their specifications and standards Shall be able to co ordinate with client rep and handle the QC/NDT inspectors under his supervision
