Operations Head

Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD INDONESIA A world-leading chemical firm is seeking a Head of Operations to join their team in Jakarta. In this Head of Operations job, you will be responsible for leading the business in its next phase of growth. This is a great opportunity for the Head of Operations to further develop and drive the supply chain strategy and HSEQR for the company and its affiliates. Take ownership of all supply chain matters and provide guidance to all teams on the supply chain and HSEQR Manage end-to-end logistics from principals, customers and intercompany business Handle EXIM documentations, warehouse, transportation/air and ocean freight or any related to cross border shipments Ensure compliance of 3PL providers according to business and quality requirements Set up SLAs and KPIs, measure performance and conduct timely business/performance reviews (internal and external) with 3PL providers Lead year-end rate negotiations with 3PL providers based on the result of decent business reviews throughout the year Manage contracts with 3PL providers and align with HQ To succeed in this Head of Operations role, you must have 15 years of experience within the logistics function and be able to provide strategic contribution to the company. Bachelor's degree in engineering or any related field Strong knowledge in end-to-end logistics Strategic thinking Good communication in English is a must Experienced in working together with 3PL providers
