Vice President Corporate Treasury

Job Description : VP CORPORATE TREASURY DUBAI a multibillion-dollar turnover business with diversified, global operations. They have a complex holding structure with various portfolio entities. The role presents an opportunity to lead the regional treasury function & manage a small team of treasury professionals. Primary responsibilities will be managing cash pooling & solving for liquidity, managing a bank portfolio exceeding 20 banking partners. There is currently an element of FX; the role will grow to support with M&A and corporate bond issuance at a latter stage (presently managed by the Group Treasurer in Europe). A significantly more detailed job description is available for shortlisted candidates. · Be able & willing to work in Dubai; preference will be given to candidates who are locally based (we are able to consider international applicants who strongly meet the below criteria) · Have 12-15 years' of diversified treasury experience at a business with entities in various countries around the world - this is key · Have experience in diversified industries, ideally a combination of services & products · Have a degree from a top institution; will ideally have completed an MBA · Be able to demonstrate that treasury is their core function (as opposed to treasury being part of a wider finance role) · Be hands-on, detail oriented & able to function in a lean environment · Have strong communication & stakeholder management skills · Be able to lead, develop & manage a strong team to deliver a cohesive treasury function · Have excellent attention to detail This is a specialist treasury role - at this stage, we can only consider candidates who specialise in corporate treasury (as opposed to treasury being a part of their wider finance role).
