Job Description : VP Sales & Commercial - Global FMCG Giant UAE The region is a $600M revenue portfolio leading a team of 6 Sales Directors, Account Directors, Technical Directors, Marketing etc. Working with the CEO MEA & Global Commercial Leader Europe this will define the strategy, and roadmap for the group to enhance growth, drive customer relationships, grow digital platforms, transform the leadership thinking and sales & commercial structures. Must have 10+ years Director /VP level with Sales & Commercial within a top 20 MNC giant. Exposure of the GCC market is a must. Preference due to DEI in the region and cultural balance would be a Western Male! Salary NET $280,000 + $65,000 Housing Allowance (Cash)+ schooling X 3 Children + 30/40% Bonus.
