Production Supervisor

Job Description : Production Supervisor -KUWAIT Degree in college is preferred but not mandatory. 10 years’ experience in bakery production. Must have knowledge in bakery products. Must be computer literate. Must know how to make the production report. Make sure all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) are followed during shift Make sure all employees during the shift follow Uniform & personal cleanliness standards Perform products quality checks (during process & at end) Ensure employees are respecting recipes by regular checks Ensure production unit is left clean at end of the shift (tools, equipment and facilities following cleaning checklist) Check Health Card Status and submit necessary documents required for renewal Make sure employees attend any mandatory training with Baladyia Good command with the people. Can supervise in a time pressure situation. Can lead and coach the people. To give support to Production Manager on daily task. To follow production plan with maximum utilization of manpower & machine capacity. To Supervise the GPMC Production to ensure all production target are completed and in good quality. To Train & Designate all Operators & Helpers on their daily works. To monitor Operation and take corrective action on process deviation or any product abnormalities. To Prepare Production Report, maintain accurate records for the usage of Raw & Packaging Materials. To Implement line routines, GMP, HACCP and safety. To Maintain proper discipline among subordinates.
