Job Description : FINANCE AND ADMIN MANAGER SPAIN Indian company in telecom looking for manager with 10-15 years exp to handle all financial and admin duties Work hand in hand with the General Management to ensure the correct transmission of financial information. Preparation of regular reports, both weekly and monthly. Design control instruments for company management. Definition and review of procedures, processes and administrative circuits. Participate in the constant transformation and digitization of the financial department. Execute and supervise all aspects related to the tasks performed by the accounting department (daily accounting activities or ad hoc tasks). Reporting system configuration that meets the information requirements. Responsible for the relationship with Financial Entities, Auditors, Suppliers, Clients and Third Parties in the daily operations of the company. Review of monthly accounting closings. Control and monitoring of P&L and balance. Direct the management control area of ??the company. Contact with external collaborators. Manage payroll and PRL's. Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar. Ease with management tools. Knowledge of Navision (very valuable)
