Job Description : Head of Sales PHILIPPINES Role/Designation: Director Sales PHILIPPINES Reporting to COO based out of India · Responsible for sales & all operations within a country involving for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets · Work closely with CEO/ COO to make sure that the scope and direction as per organization Vision Required candidates profile must be currently based in the PHILIPPINES or working in PHILIPPINES at senior Level BD role for IT software product or solution company 10+ years of enterprise sales experience (preferably with SAAS sales) 2+ years of individual, global, enterprise sales experience including sales closure 3+ years of individual SaaS sales experience Strong understanding of company positioning, pricing, and business development strategies for complex Enterprise SaaS Companies Extensive experience negotiating terms and closing contracts for business · An individual should be a strategic thinker who can lead the initiatives and build sales function for the company Strong cross-functional partnerships and alliances is a plus JD To achieve Revenue goals (Overall sales including new client sales and renewal sales) of the company are met Metric driven, optimized client interactions & persuasions, follow-ups, solution designs, commercial negotiations and deal closures occur with an objective of maximizing company revenues Development of pre-sales and optimization of funnel top takes place while ensuring cross-functional co-ordination with marketing for the same Development of product-specific GTM strategies and teams, forecasting, targets and pipeline management takes place Development of strategies, processes & policies for the sales team takes place Build the sales stack and monitor the success of the funnel and pipeline of team members.
