Job Description : MANAGER GROUP ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL CONTROL HOLLAND The organization has approximately 600-700 employees and attaches great importance to operational excellence, quality and innovation. For this growing company we are looking for a bold Manager Group Accounting & Financial Control who will report directly to the CFRO. As Manager Group Accounting & Financial Control you are responsible for a reliable design and implementation of the financial administration, the periodic delivery of standard and ad-hoc financial (consolidated) reports, management reports, the preparation of the (draft) annual accounts and advising of management regarding the strategy from a financial point of view. Compiling and explaining the consolidated group reports; Managing the Group Accounting & Financial Control department (12 colleagues); Managing the annual accounts process and the relationship with the external auditor; Optimizing and digitizing the administrative processes; Preparation of management reports to management and shareholders; Member of the financial MT; Contribute to the execution of the planning & control cycle (incl. budget & forecast). Completed Master + CA From 12-15 years of relevant work experience within financial services; Affinity with IT, systems, processes and digitization; Impactful and connecting people manager; Full sounding board and sparring partner for CFRO, management and shareholders.
