Steered Monthly meetings with the Business Review Committee of the Board in coordination with CXOs and all department heads. Key contributions were • Design and roll out of Performance reporting and review cadence across the organisation. Partnered, trained and groomed project leaders aligned to respective functional leaders • Facilitated weekly performance review with department heads across Operations, marketing, finance, SCM and planning functions • Profitability analysis and customer segmentation project • Process and capacity analysis for Revenue/ Profit maximization for the MD/CEO
