Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO FLORIDA USA a global ($1bn+) consumer centered conglomerate with numerous highly successful brands operating across various channels (B2B/ Wholesale & D2C) and a leading presence. They board have restructured the senior team to achieve ambitious global growth targets and have created a new role on the executive leadership team. Reporting to the chief executive officer, you will enjoy full strategic responsibility for multiple corporate functions including End to End Supply Chain, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal and Finance with complete budgetary accountability globally. Will design and deliver group level best practice agendas across all areas of responsibility, leading & mentoring both dedicated international teams and matrix reportees - Working closely alongside regional and business unit presidents to ensure group level best practice is delivered. Will represent the Chief Executive/ board on an international stage, regularly engaging with key suppliers, customers and senior business executives on current and future business plans. Will directly manage high level strategic projects globally, including owning investment budgets for technology advancement initiatives across all areas of operations, supply chain and new business integration processes. Degree and ideally MBA educated with the ability to prove your transformation experience in a consumer centered growth environment. Previous international strategic leadership/ P&L experience, especially within supply chain / digital/ DTC transformation would be highly advantageous. Financially astute, you will have operated in a similar sized or larger organization with exceptional board level communication skills and the gravitas to represent the company at the highest level. A collaborative leader and mentor who is capable of directing a large multifunctional team in a high profile global role with significant board level exposure.
