Job Description : Senior Budget and Contract Specialist Location, Doha, Qatar Qualification & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Electronics Engineering, or any other appropriately relevant field Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in a directly related field 6+ years of professional experience in ICT budget, procurement and contracts in an enterprise level environment 3+ years in similarly relevant senior budget/contract specialist role with around the same team capacity and complexity of assigned tasks Certifications in industry relative standards, frameworks, and schools of practice for budget and contracts management Strong understanding of budget governance principles and requirements
