Plant Manager

Job Description : PLANT MANAGER VIETNAM The Plant Manager will be responsible to drive the operation and provide strong leadership for the local Vietnam team. The Plant Manager will be responsible to lead operation of the plant located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and report directly to Operation Director based in Singapore. Organise and plan production; plan the daily operation scheduling of factory production to ensure optimal utilisation of equipment, personnel, and inventory requirements Get the plant capacity and people ready for future grow Manage employee relations Focus about quality, safety Ensure economic profit Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing processing industry (FMCG, Food & Beverage, Agriculture, Chemical, Animal Feed/Health,..) Good collaboration with other functional managers in region as well as other factory sites Experienced in people management, Safety (HSE) management for operation, budget management, production management & project management Strong leadership, leading by example
