National Sales Manager
20 yearsJob Description : NSM TYRES THAILAND Indian co looking specifically for Indians preferably with exp in Thailand Tyre sales exp mandatory In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad sales and business development strategy, delivering the highest quality service. You will also take the lead providing direction to all Sales & marketing-related activities, and directory/league table submissions. Provide the inspiration, vision, and strategy to remain at the forefront of the industry. Conduct ongoing sales performance reviews with key customers to ensure sustainable growth targets are achieved as per agreed business plans. Develop plans to attract new customers and the ability to exert more influence in the market. Support and grow existing business with retail customers, focusing on meeting customer needs whilst delivering sustainable business and margin growth in wholesale, RD, retail/modern trade customer group, fleet, and car dealers. Develop a clear understanding of the product portfolio with specific focus on top 30 PLT sizes in Thailand Provide feedback to BU Product Management to ensure that the range remains relevant for the market. Similar with TT business via the input and lead from Key Account Manager RE Tire Sales Develop new channels to market fleets and modern trade through development of Conti retail network Ensure that forecasting/ forward planning on all key product volumes are updated on a monthly basis. Prepare monthly business/ department reports over viewing status, performance and highlighting potential issues develop and implement business plans for all identified business accounts. Similar with TT business via the input and lead from Key Account Manager RE Tire Sales Work with the key people within the business to manage through new product requirements and launches. Maintain an operational focus with regular joint sales calls to major retail account chains. Regular travel to visit customer nationwide and also some international travels. Continuous collaboration with marketing team to define B2B and B2C programs Lead, manage and develop the sales team. Ensure that the sales team are fully aligned with the targets and objective of the business including deployment of SIP. Regular review of team performance and ensure talent management process (supported by HR) are in place to retain, develop and grow the team Bachelor’s degree in related fields 20 years exp with at least three years' minimum experiences within a managerial position (with sales management or business development lead preferred) Experiences in running project management and process improvement Experiences in leading a team (e.g. sales people/ team) Equipped with knowledge/ or background in strategic development: Retail strategies, Sales Management, and industry Familiar with Microsoft Offices including MS Excel and Power Point
