Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD THAILAND In Head of Operations role, your responsibilities will include managing, planning and implementing business operations, reporting directly to Managing Director. Supervise the work of subordinates to complete Maintain the quality system ISO9001, OHSAS18001 and/or to meet company requirements Manage the company’s operating results to be in profitable criteria Plan work in accordance with the company’s policy Determine activities and plans to achieve goals Handle other tasks as assigned by the supervisor Set goals, communicate and follow up according to the QOHS system The successful candidate must have at least 10 years experiences in similar role. Leadership & management skills Logistics knowledge & experience at management level Transportation & logistics knowledge (Background of truck logistics is preferred)
