Job Description : Flour Mill Manager for Papua New Guinea with PNG’s largest food companies, manufacturing and distributing high quality Flour, Stock Feed, Snacks and Bakery products throughout the country. The position of Flour Mill Manager exists to ensure that the necessary Flour Mill operations, engineering, reliability, food hygiene, cleaning, operating structures, policies, standards, procedures, systems and support needed for efficient manufacturing and packing operations are in place and implemented. The position manages the cost-effective performance of the flour mill from wheat storage to finished product and its distribution function, the health and safety of the people employed, and compliance with environmental legislation to minimise operational costs.
