Job Description : General Manager – Electrical Location : Central Africa Qualifications : B.E /B- tech in Electrical Engineering Exp. Required : 15 + years Requirements: · Candidate must have experience in handling 220 KV or above 220 KV Transmission Line Projects and substation projects. · Project Head is responsible for end-to-end execution of one or more specific projects at a given time. This includes handling all technical, financial and commercial aspects of the project from the time the contract is signed until the point that the project is completed and handed over to the client. · Take responsibility and ownership for executing the project end-to-end and for delivery of project on time with good quality. · Ensure that drawings are obtained from design team. Review and approve drawings prior to submission to client and monitor and review all rework and resubmissions until final approval is obtained. · Ensure resource mobilization for the project at various stages, as required. · Present project status updates to the management team during management review meetings · Conduct weekly review meetings with site team. · Ensure that site team and workmen are motivated and engaged. · Excellent communication skills, verbal and written report writing skills.
