Finance Controller

Responsibilities: • Guide the day-to-day accounting activity for the entity to ensure smooth operation and timely reporting for all requirements • Ensure the accounting team is driven in the right direction on all matters pertaining but not limited to accounting/finance matters, taxation etc. • Ensure all reporting is in compliance with local accounting standards and policies • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders • Drive internal structure development to support continuous progress while maintaining a high standard of integrity aligned with company and statutory policies Requirements: • A minimum of 10 years work experience within a similar capacity and industry • Professional accreditation within the accounting and finance spectrum • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team • Strong knowledge of process improvements • Strong analytical skills
