Job Description : CEO OMAN an experienced and energetic CEO to manage the mid-long-term affairs of the company as well as running day-to-day operations. The right candidate must be ready to build and model a great company culture, provide inspired leadership to our team, establish, and set a clear course for company strategy. The CEO must oversee all departments from product development and manufacturing, product marketing, finances etc. to ensure the company is headed in the right direction collectively as one unit. Drive growth, profitability and company value Develop the core positioning and messaging for the products Open new markets for our products, regionally and globally Oversee production operations optimization and quality control. Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing. Manage the cashflow and raise funding when required Attracting, retaining and developing world-class talent Cultivate a high-performing and agile team culture Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan. Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy. Report to the board of directors and keep them informed. Act as the primary spokesperson for the company and the public champion for the business. Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science 20 years minimum of relevant experience Solid background in industrial engineering and industrial production technologies and processes. Experience in a senior management position. Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting. Understanding of human resources and personnel management. Experience with corporate governance.
