Job Description : CTO (Telecom Industry) for East Africa Qualification: MBA or Master in Telecommunication Experience Required: Minimum 10 to 12 Years Required Criteria: • Responsible for managing, leading, controlling, evaluating, improving, organizing, implementing, and reporting performance of all internal operations • Responsible for the overall strategic and operational success of all Company’s projects • Manages all project managers effectively and provides overall project leadership, management, and technical direction • Oversees all technical functions of the Company including the implementation of all project activities necessary to meet targeted objectives • Provides technical advice as to the interpretation of the bid documents of the various project and ensures bid documents are filled properly before submitted to the clients • Analyzes the current Company technology infrastructure and scopes out the next level of technology needed to support the growth of specific projects and is needed for the Company to meet its long-term strategic plan Salary: Up to $ 3500/- pm.
