Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO KSA Reports to: CEO Department: Finance Department Key Duties and Tasks - To provide support to the CEO and the leadership team under the corporate vision and business strategy, providing key advice on external influences and their potential impact on the business. - To ensure that accurate and timely financial & management reports are produced in line with CMA, Company, and Regulatory requirements. - To ensure effective External Audits and Reviews, to meet all regulatory requirements and deadlines, and Compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices - To influence and direct the business financially to enable it to achieve long-term sustained profitability. - Drives the company’s financial planning - Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments - Ensure cash flows is appropriates for the organization’s operations - Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc) - Manage vendors relationships - Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports - Set up and oversee the company’s fiancé IT system - Ensure compliance with law and company’s policies - Manage team or financial controllers and financial analysts –
