Operations and Maintenance Director

Job Description : Operation & Maintenance Director -North Africa Region (Only for Fertilizer or related industry experienced are to be considered) • This opening is for one of the Top Global Multinational Company into EPCM Business. • Basic responsibilities would be to managing operations for client contract maintenance business with major roles on turnarounds, shutdowns and outages. • Person have to lead and supervise the total Maintenance organization in excess • Person will be responsible for P&L, safety, quality, BD and contract negotiation, provides maintenance consulting services, manages projects, and oversees development of site business plans. • Should have at least 15+ years of Industrial maintenance experience along with field experience. • Salary & Benefits: Best as per market and industry standards. • Reporting would be to Business Director.
