Job Description : QUARRY MANAGER ZIMBABWE Quarry Manager in Gweru to join their team Salary & Benefits: Negotiable Responsibilities: · All round successful operation of Quarry, including but not limited to ensuring employees/subordinates are well trained, aware of regulations, manages and controls Quarry costs and budgets · Drawing up and subsequent execution of mining plan, correct any deviations · Planning of production daily, monthly and yearly · Adherence to all Statutory Requirements · Completion of reports required for Management timeously Key Skills: · Ability to work in logical, systematic manner · Team orientated player · Leadership skills · Ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment related problems · Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with team, Managers and Clients · Ability to work unsupervised under pressure · Ability to motivate others to meet deadlines Qualifications: · At least 10 years Quarry/Mining Experience at Management Level · BSc Honours in Mining engineering would be an added advantage
