Job Description : COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR BARCELONA SPAIN We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead for the Western Europe market. You will be responsible for developing and leading all commercial activities. The role will be directly involved in the development and execution of the strategic plan with particular focus on establishing a strategic position in the market for new concepts in Sunflower. Develop and lead the implementation of long range and annual segment plans to capitalize on company’s pipeline. Build and develop a high-performing sales team. Work across the business functions from business services to R&D to ensure business alignment to key initiatives. Develop and manage the company value proposition with respect to key product launches in the region. Lead account management strategies with major customers, industry bodies and influential groups/government entities. Accountable for sales budgets, sales forecasts, inventory positions, expenses, and cash collection in the region. Work through the local complaints with QA/QC manager to minimalize the effect of claims against. Demonstrated alignment and unity through quality working relationships with the European and Global team Experience and Qualifications: Agriculture, Business Degree, MBA required Extensive related commercial experience with product managers, account management, and senior sales reporting to the position Highly developed skills to motivate, inspire and persuade Experience in developing channel strategies with oil processors, confection processors, feed industry and /or food industry
