Job Description : FINANCE AND ADMIND IRECTOR PARIS FRANCE The administrative and financial director (M/F) works closely with the general management of the company to consider its strategic and financial development. The mission of the administrative and financial director (M/F) is to control the profitability and solvency of the company, to anticipate its development strategy and the necessary financing and investments.The administrative and financial director (M/F) liaises with the fund on all financial aspects and manages the company on a daily basis with the other members of the Comex.Reporting to the CEO, the administrative and financial director (M/F) will be responsible for the following missions: participation in the strategy and implementation of actions to support growth and protect profitability in line with LBO expectations support the structuring of the finance team in order to bring it closer to business expectations improve management control tools and processes to steer the group ensure quality financial governance in accordance with regulations and investor objectives manage external growth operations manage and support the management control, accounting, consolidation and treasury teams in change. Coming from a bac+5 training in finance, business or engineering school, you justify a professional experience of at least 15 years in a similar function. You ideally have a first experience in an audit firm and know the LBO environment.
