Chief Finance and Commercial Officer

Job Description : CHIEF FINANCE AND COMMERICAL OFFICER AUSTRALIA The Chief Finance & Commercial Officer will be responsible for leading the finance and customer service teams, as well as partnering with senior management and key account customers to provide strategic commercial advice and analysis to ensure the growth in the Australian business. The preferred candidate will have extensive commercial finance experience gained through similar roles, ideally within a high capital equipment service business. Overall responsibility for the finance, commercial, and customer service function Provide commercial decision-making support to Managing Director, COO, and sales team Partner with key account customers, providing monthly reporting and commercial analysis Implementation of sales and service strategy Oversee financial control team and lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the business Management of all contracts, including bids & tenders Recommend and comment on results of financial reports using data analytics Continuous process improvement in relation to systems, customer processes and projects on a national scale Leading and coaching team leaders across the day-to-day business A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Finance/Commerce etc). CPA/CA qualification advantageous. Proven experience in a CFO or Commercial Manager role Experience managing service contracts and providing commercial support to sales teams Previous oversight of the financial control function Experience working in a high capital equipment service business is preferred
